Port Douglas Cooking Classes for 2018

Come and Learn some of my creative cooking secrets. From basic knife skills to classic French food, Spanish Tapas and Asian curries we have the classes for you.
In conjunction with Birdsong B & B we have come together to create Port Douglas's very own cooking school.
Each class is designed to be easily followed with take home notes, so you can go home and replicate everything you have learned for all your friends and family.
You will spend 2 hours preparing various dishes, and learning techniques such as, making curry paste from scratch, hand torn fresh papadelle pasta, creme brulee and even how to shake a cocktail like a pro.
All classes are hands on with all participants contributing to the finished product in which you will then sit down and enjoy in the amazing surrounds of Birdsong B & B.
You also recieve free in your take home carry bag a specially designed Magic Mouthfuls apron, and other exciting free gifts.
Each class is around 3 hours long with 2 hours preparing and 1 hour to sit down and enjoy your creations. All classes are inclusive of all food required, complimentary drinks, and your own take home bag. Classes are limited to 10 people, this is to ensure one on one instruction throughout the evening for a more intimate experience with your personal chef, allowing plenty of question and answer time.
We will also be offering the Food Passport. After completing 4 classes you will recieve a 50% discount off the 5th class, after 9 classes you will recieve the 10th class free. Also a certificate graduating you from the Bird Song, Magic Mouthfuls Culinary Cooking School.
